2. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis analysis of Ras binding proteins:

   nTAP-H-Ras(G12V) protein complexes isolated from NIH 3T3 cells were subjected to 2D-gel electrophoresis and silver stained. Spots present in H-Ras(G12V) samples but absent from nTAP control samples were picked and sequenced. The spot identifications can be found by viewing files MGCS-0001 HRasV12spot1 through MGCS-00102 HRasV12spot102. Note that the file number corresponds to the spot number on the gel image, e.g. MGCS-0005 corresponds to spot #5.
