  • Image Correlation Microscopy

Image Correlation Microscopy (ICM) was used to develop cellular maps of integrin clustering, diffusion and interactions in the cell. Two color ICM shows that alpha5 integrin and alpha-actinin localize and move together even in regions of the cell with no discernable adhesions.

October 2004

  • Visualization of endogenous Cdc42 activation in living cells.

A novel domain-environment sensitive fluorophore allows the visualization of endogenous Cdc42 activation in living cells.

  • Structural basis of Vinculin activation

High resolution structural analysis reveals the basis for vinculin activation.
